1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ready4ResQ (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Ready4ResQ is a station management platform built for emergency service volunteers, including SES Units and CFA Brigades. The Service provides tools for managing members, equipment, fleet, events, inspections, and related operational activities.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (d) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service.

6. Subscription and Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription after any applicable free trial period. Subscription fees are charged in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ready4ResQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
