When your organisation adds members to Ready4ResQ, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from those members for their data to be stored and processed. Member data is used only to provide the Service to your organisation.

6. Public Portal

If your organisation enables the Public HQ Portal feature, certain information (such as upcoming events and available equipment) may be publicly visible. Administrators control what is displayed on the public portal.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, you may request an export of your data. Data is deleted within 90 days of account closure, unless retention is required by law.

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payment processing). Each has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.
